That&#039;s a great point.  In fact, one of the presentations I reference in the follow-up to this post (http://www.davecrainonline.com/for-your-consideration.html#more-741), uses the same basis: civility.

I agree it&#039;s a much better word.  &quot;Civility&quot; seems to carry less personal onus, but still conveys the message of positive interactions.
